Midway Community Care is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Service Delivery Manager (Accommodation) to lead our teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred disability services.

The Opportunity

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and talented individual to join our organisation as a Service Delivery Manager (Accommodation). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery, this role oversees several of Midway's Accommodation services. You will ensure that supports are delivered in a person centred, innovated, and empowering manner, consistent with Midway's values and the principles of the NDIS.

Key characteristics

* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‐performing teams, including undertaking performance reviews, managing conflict and disciplinary processes, learning, development and succession planning.
* Skilled in supporting staff to deliver high‐quality, participant‐directed plans, strategies, routines, and support documentation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with participants, families, staff, and community stakeholders.
* Comprehensive understanding of the NDIS, Quality & Safeguarding Framework, incident management, and the use of community‐based supports to achieve participant goals.
* Demonstrated capability to assess and manage participant risks while promoting independence and skill development.
* Able to work strategically, creatively, and proactively to navigate complex issues and drive continuous improvement.
* Committed to fostering a positive, collaborative culture aligned with Midway's values of respect, inclusion, and integrity.
* Competent in managing operational tasks including rostering, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and service delivery outcomes.
* Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including regular visits to allocated houses.
* Eligibility to obtain a National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Current First Aid certificate and valid driver's licence are essential.

* Demonstrated leadership experience in disability, community, or health services
* Strong understanding of the NDIS and safeguarding frameworks
* Excellent communication, planning, and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to build team capability and support positive workplace culture
* High levels of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
* National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
