This full-time hands-on leadership position will see you working within our City of Sydney team ensuring tasks are completed to the highest possible standards that exceed our clients’ expectations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with leading a team of garden maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
- Conduct site audits, inspect garden areas to assess condition, identify improvements and implement corrective actions.

About You
- Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or at least 5 year's relevant experience
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Team player with excellent communication skills
