We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Management (ITSM) professional to lead the implementation of a new ITSM tool and elevate service management practices across the organization.
Job Description
This role combines operational expertise, consultancy skills, and leadership to guide vendor delivery, drive change, and mature ITIL-aligned processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supporting the ITSM implementation project in partnership with the selected vendor
* Providing service management consultancy with a strong operational background
* Driving change and uplifting immature service management practices
* Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and vendors, ensuring delivery meets business needs
* Overseeing Service Asset & Configuration Management (CMDB) and related processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Advanced experience with IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks
* Prior consulting and operational experience
* Experience in managing and improving ITSM processes such as incident, problem, and change management
* Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
