About the Role
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist (new graduate or experienced) to join our growing team and help meet the high demand for services in our local area.
New Graduates & Early Career Clinicians
You'll be supported through a gentle onboarding program that includes:

* Gradual and realistic caseload development

Key Responsibilities
* Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention for children (birth–18 years)
* Support a range of areas including speech, language, AAC, and literacy
* Deliver services in clinic, education settings, community, and via telehealth
* Contribute to community and education programs such as:
o Speech Therapy Assistant programs in schools
o The Dazzle (multidisciplinary neurodivergent-affirming preschool group program)
o School Readiness Funding support in preschools
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
* Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status (or eligibility to obtain)
* Eligibility for Medicare Provider Status
* Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
* Current Victorian driver's licence and comprehensive vehicle insurance
* Australian citizenship
