Description What’s the role? You’ll be at the heart of transformation, steering the ship for Westpac’s WIB Digital Program within the WIB Chief Operating Office. Your mission? Keep things running like clockwork—coordinating projects, tracking progress, managing risks, and making sure vital approvals are locked in. You’ll lead the charge on governance, budgets, and vendor relationships, ensuring everything is delivered smoothly. If you thrive on structure but love a fast-moving environment, this is the space for you. Sydney-based, full-time, and ready for someone with the energy to make waves. What do I need? Project Coordination & Governance: You'll be the go-to person for keeping the WIB Digital Program running smoothly, managing schedules, tracking dependencies, and ensuring critical milestones are met. Steering committees and advisory groups will rely on your expertise to provide structured and insightful reporting. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, external vendors, and internal teams, ensuring that communication is clear, contracts are managed effectively, and vendor relationships are optimized to drive project success. Financial Management & Budgeting: You're confident handling project finances—reviewing budgets, tracking expenditures, managing procurement activities (invoices, contract renewals), and ensuring financial compliance while supporting monthly financial reviews with Program Directors and Project Managers. Risk & Compliance Oversight: You'll ensure mandatory documentation and processes adhere to Westpac's Transformation Delivery Policy and Standards, keeping projects aligned with regulatory requirements while maintaining audit-readiness. Strategic Problem-Solving & Decision Making: You don't just flag problems—you solve them. Whether it's mitigating risks, overcoming roadblocks, or identifying areas for operational improvement, you'll be instrumental in driving smarter decision-making across the program. Why join us?
