* Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile (DA) frameworks
* Exposure in managing Digital and Salesforce squads
* Extensive experience leading Agile teams in Financial service industry
* Proven experience in Agile delivery models and mindsets
* Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence
* Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS)
* Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver outcomes
* Certified Scrum Master; Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II or III is preferred
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
