Nexa Solar is seeking a highly organised and proactive Solar Installation Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the solar process and can support operations from contract through to installation and completion.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between sales, installers, suppliers, and customers. We already have three admin staff members and are currently looking for one more experienced person to help manage the workload.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage jobs from post-sale through to installation and completion
* Submit grid connection applications and follow up with retailers
* Prepare and process STC documentation and compliance paperwork
* Coordinate installation schedules with customers and installers
* Liaise with suppliers for ordering equipment and deliveries
* Ensure all documentation (COC, invoices, forms) is completed correctly
* Maintain accurate CRM records and job notes
* Assist with invoicing, payments, and general admin tasks
About You
* Previous experience in the solar industry (highly preferred)
* Strong understanding of end-to-end solar process
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail
* Proficient with Google Workspace / CRM systems
