You'll join a new high calibre group of engineers, data specialists and product builders modernising a traditionally slow moving industry through automation, intelligence and top-tier engineering.
The Opportunity:
As an AI Forward Deployment Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of AI, engineering, data, and product, owning the full lifecycle of applied AI solutions.
You'll partner with cross-functional teams to scope use cases, validate assumptions, and ship AI systems that are reliable, safe, and commercially valuable.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you turn ambiguous problems into working, production-grade AI systems.
You'll:
* Deploy AI/ML models into production with a focus on reliability, performance and scalability.
* Build and maintain the data pipelines, APIs, evaluation frameworks and monitoring that surround deployed models.
* Work closely with product, engineering and operations teams to translate business needs into real technical solutions.
* Run experiments, POCs and controlled rollouts - measuring impact and iterating quickly.
* Embed governance, safety controls, auditability and best practices from day one.
* Act as the internal SME for applied AI, helping uplift capability across the organisation.
Tech Environment:
Python, AI Tooling (Cursor, ), ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, AWS
