TRILITY is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Modular Solutions team in Yatala, QLD. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality, process equipment solutions and thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment — this could be your next career move.
As Project Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of modular projects ranging from $20k to over $2M, leading from concept to commissioning. Play a key role in delivering solutions that make a difference in water, wastewater, and industrial treatment sectors.
What will you be doing?
Deliver multiple projects safely, on time and within budget
Lead and coordinate project teams across engineering, procurement, and fabrication
Manage site safety and environmental compliance, fostering a culture of care
Prepare project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical documentation
Engage with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Support tender preparation and proposal development
Use systems like SAP, MS Project, and other tools for project tracking and reporting
What we are looking for
The successful applicant will have the following skills and abilities:
Proven project management experience, ideally in modular construction or process equipment
Strong capability in health, safety, environmental, and quality management
Contract administration and commercial awareness
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Degree in engineering, project management, or related field – or equivalent hands-on experience (5+ years)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Project; experience with project/scheduling software
Background in the water or wastewater sector would be highly regarded
