* Permanent Full Time
* Salary: $76,302 - $85,765 gross p.a. plus 11.5% Super
* 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the option of flexitime
* Working from the Nowra Administration Building

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and organised professional to manage and support a portfolio of public halls, community centres and sportsground committees. In this high-volume role you will assist with bookings, oversee minor works, provide guidance to volunteer Management Committees and user groups and ensure our spaces remain welcoming and compliant. This includes:
* Liaising with community groups and volunteers
* Managing bookings and promoting excellent customer service
* Overseeing maintenance and WHS compliance
* Facilitating training, inspections, and reporting
* Supporting facility improvements and grant applications

About You

To be successful in the position, you will have:
* Tertiary qualification in business, property management, recreation planning or management, event management or related field, or equivalent to 3+ years' experience in community facility management
* Current Class C Driver's Licence
* Strong interpersonal and project management skills
* Knowledge of venue booking systems and financial reporting
