* Salaries up to $200k package + super; depending on experience
We're partnering with well-established Tier 1 - Tier 3 Head Contractors delivering high-quality projects across the Perth Metro & South West region of Perth, and are seeking experienced Site Managers and Supervisors to join their growing teams.
These are long-term opportunities with strong project pipelines across diverse commercial developments.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage subcontractors and site personnel
* Coordinate site activities and construction programs
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Oversee materials, deliveries and site logistics
* Liaise with Project Managers, consultants and clients
* Maintain site documentation and reporting
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor with a Head Contractor
* Background in multi-residential, childcare, retail, healthcare, or Industrial sectors
* Strong knowledge of Australian building standards and OH&S
* Ability to lead teams and drive outcomes on site
* Trade background or Construction Management qualification preferred
* Full working rights in Australia, no sponsorship available for these positions
