Administration Officer at Sharp & Carter
Full‑time ongoing temporary role based in the inner northern suburbs supporting an accounts payable and receivable team. Ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a quick‑paced environment, and is confident managing high‑volume communication channels. The role is to commence immediately, with a view to permanency in early 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry, document processing, filing and archiving to maintain accurate records;
- Manage the central email inbox by delegating actions to AP and AR team members;
- Respond to suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner;
- Support daily team functions including data checks, reporting and document control.
Skills & Experience
- Administrative experience, ideally within a finance or accounts environment (not essential);
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage high‑volume correspondence and prioritise incoming requests;
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time‑management skills;
- Professional, courteous and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
