Drug And Alcohol Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide person-centred, evidence-based care to individuals struggling with alcohol and drug use.
The successful applicant will work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive support services.
This role requires a strong understanding of therapeutic relationships and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, groups, and communities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with clients and the healthcare team.
* Providing individualised support and guidance to promote positive health outcomes.
* Working within a framework of Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A degree in Social Work or Psychology, or a related field.
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* Valid NSW driver's licence.
