Job Description
Our organisation is dedicated to providing mental health services to the community. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our staff.
The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating student placements, as well as providing task supervision, mentorship and support to clinicians. You will also be responsible for leading the development and facilitation of internal clinical education and training for our staff.
We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people. Your experience in providing reflective practice supervision will be highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker
* Board Approved Supervisor status
* Demonstrated experience and theoretical knowledge in providing education and mentoring to students and staff in a healthcare setting/ workplace
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage communications and information with other staff
