About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Multiskilled Operators to join our dynamic and successful team. As a valued member of the Production team and reporting directly to the Mining Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Providing safe and efficient operations of heavy earthmoving equipment
* Meet mine production and organisational targets
* Maintaining our onsite maintenance systems and ensure the integrity of recorded data is compliant
* Liaise with key personnel and share ideas for overall improvement outcomes
* Identify, assess and control workplace hazards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience and competencies operating large mining equipment.
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Developed understanding of risk management and safe work procedures.
* Ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
* Previous experience in the industry.
* Relevant qualifications.
