Job Description
As a Building and Design Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the home buying journey.
The key focus of this role is to provide an outstanding customer experience from initial quote to tender presentation and variations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Taking ownership of the day-to-day operations of our display center
* Greeting and assisting visitors to the display home, providing expert advice on house design selection, upgrades, and options
* Supporting customers through the sales cycle, ensuring timely completion of all sales documentation and paperwork
* Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers in making informed decisions within their timeframe and budget
* Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to deliver complete and correct documentation
* Managing client expectations and being a trusted advisor
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence, along with strong systems skills and planning and organising skills to keep on top of all documentation and communications with key stakeholders.
