Your Role
Join Bendigo Health as a Graduate Occupational Therapist in Mental Health, working in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment with excellent clinical exposure.
Responsibilities
* Plan, implement, document, and evaluate occupational therapy assessments and treatments for identified patient groups.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to meet unit, program, and organisational objectives focused on consumer recovery.
* Engage in formal training, regular supervision, reflective practice, and on-the-job learning within the graduate development program.
* Complete two six-month clinical rotations in Mental Health and Wellbeing Service areas.
* Attend a monthly study day facilitated by the Mental Health Professional Development Unit and complete required assessments for program completion.

Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: $2,783.20 per hour (excluding superannuation).
* Fixed Term Full Time position, 80 hours per fortnight including ADO every 4 weeks.
