As such, we are seeking applications from suitably experienced Team Members to commence on Day shift (6am starts)! Secure your future! As an Accessory Team Member, your role will involve working in a dynamic team, operating within tight timelines to ensure vehicle repair quality, productivity and delivery targets are met. You will be primarily carrying out repair and rectification works but expected to provide support to the quality control team when required. The role offers the chance to secure a long-term contract with all the benefits of a permanent role. AM SHIFT: Currently available for an ASAP start - 6:00am-2:30pm As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for Fit a range of parts and accessories to new Toyota and Lexus vehicles Undertaking and certifying vehicle repair work to acceptable vehicle quality standards Diagnosing and rectifying vehicle issues and defects Operating various vehicle workshop and diagnostic equipment and tools Performing daily start up equipment and tool checks Support quality inspection and auditing activities Skills & Attributes required for the role: Proven experience in vehicle mechanical, electrical and body repairs in either a high-volume Manufacturing or Dealership workshop environment Proficient with vehicle diagnostics software and equipment essential Able to understand and follow vehicle repair manuals, fitting instructions and standard work Demonstrated ability to efficiently trouble-shoot and diagnose issues Broad knowledge of or a keen interest in vehicles, accessories and parts Competent in using smart devices (e.g., tablet), hand and measuring tools essential Possess high level of attention to detail and pride in their work Must hold a valid Drivers Licence and able to operate manual transmission vehicles The successful candidate must also: Successfully complete a criminal history check and medical assessment, and Have a solid, verifiable work history and be able to provide two recent, verifiable work references (Manager level) Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
