The Role
You'll support the day-to-day HR, onboarding and safety administration for the business.
* Preparing onboarding and induction packs
* Coordinating new starter documentation, contracts and compliance
* Maintaining employee records, licences, tickets and training matrices
* Supporting job ads, interviews and basic recruitment tasks
* Assisting with WHS documentation, reporting and audits
* Managing site paperwork including SWMS, toolbox talks, permits and PPE registers
* Coordinating training, refresher courses and licence renewals
* General HR and WHS administration to support the wider team
The Criteria
* Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, WHS or a related field
* Experience in HR, WHS or administration (construction or trades highly regarded)
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicating with site crews and office-based staff
* Comfortable in a practical, fast-paced environment
