* Management of a newly constructed medical asset
* Sunshine Coast Location
* Join a respected property group
Property Network of Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager to support the operational readiness and ongoing management of a newly constructed medical asset on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a pivotal opportunity to join a respected property group known for its strong client and tenant relationships, managing what is an institutional grade asset. The successful candidate will lead the pre-completion planning, operational setup, and tenant coordination processes for a Green Star-rated building due to reach Practical Completion (PC) in mid-September .
We are ideally looking for someone who can commence in the next 1–2 months. However, should the ideal candidate not be available within that timeframe, a short-term contract option may be considered to ensure continuity so candidates that are immediately available and only looking for short term contract roles are also of high interest
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of operational plans, procedures, and compliance documentation ahead of Practical Completion.
* Coordinate multiple tenant fitouts simultaneously, ensuring a smooth post-PC transition.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors and tenants throughout delivery and beyond.
* Provide support across the broader portfolio, including CAPEX project oversight and continuous improvement of FM services.
* Assist in mentoring junior team members and enhancing internal FM processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Demonstrated experience in new asset mobilisation, including operational setup and service planning.
* Strong track record in tenancy coordination, ideally across multiple concurrent fitouts.
* Exposure to managing healthcare or medical properties (desirable).
* Green Star building experience (desirable).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
If you think this role is for you and you have the required experience (as detailed above), then please do not hesitate to contact Eddie Reed by submitting your CV and a covering letter, and they will be in touch with more information on the role and our client.
**Only successful candidates will be contacted, thanks for your understanding.
