About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the end-to-end mortgage process for clients from initial consultation through to settlement. This is a full-time salaried role based in North Brisbane (Aspley) offering flexibility to work from home as needed.
Reporting directly to the Director some of your responsibilities will include :
* Staying updated with lender policies and market trends
* Managing each file through to settlement with in-house support
* Maintaining strong relationships with both clients and referral partners
* Preparing lodging and tracking loan applications ensuring full compliance
* Meeting with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored lending solutions
About You
The successful candidate will have :
* A collaborative mindset and genuine care for clients
* Strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
* Proven track record of meeting / exceeding lending targets
* Full Australian working rights and a current drivers licence
* 2 years experience in mortgage broking or lending (bank or non-bank)
* Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (diploma desirable or willingness to obtain)
