Linen Operations Assistant Role
Deliver high-quality linen services to various clients by ensuring all linen meets set standards.
* Conduct quality checks on linen products.
* Maintain adherence to health and safety protocols at all times.
* Participate in on-the-job training across different laundry operations.
* Be prepared for physical demands of the job, including standing, lifting, and carrying clean and soiled linen.
* Report any hazards or incidents to your supervisor or team lead.
* Work collaboratively as part of a small team on a fixed roster.
* Effectively handle both clean and soiled linen with efficiency.
* Operate industrial washing, ironing, and folding machines.
* Work at multiple locations when required.
* Accurately complete production data records.
* Assist with customer stocktakes and provide excellent customer service.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements in the laundry operations.
* Foster a positive team culture.
