We are on the hunt for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Officer to join well-established transport company based in Preston. Specialising in container transport, warehousing, and logistics solutions. This is a long-term opportunity offering full-time hours, excellent pay, and a supportive team environment.
Duties:
• Answering incoming calls and assisting customer enquiries
• Taking sales bookings and scheduling pickups/deliveries
• Data entry and updating information in Freight Tracker
• Creating and managing Excel spreadsheets
• General admin support including filing and scanning
• Delivering outstanding customer service every day
Skills and Experience:
• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organised in fast paced environment
