Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of mechanical maintenance functions to ensure all safety and maintenance targets are met in compliance with statutory regulations, company standards, guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide an effective and responsive maintenance function to plant operations by executing all scheduled maintenance work and responding to operations requirements;
* Develop and train mechanical technicians to ensure the safety of personnel and the efficient operation and maintenance of plant equipment at minimum cost;
* Promote continuous improvement and a preventative maintenance culture in all facets of the operation;
* Manage the execution of maintenance plans via the daily allocation of resources to tasks;
* Fault find plant equipment and resolve problems, assessing the potential impact on production, plant and equipment.
Requirements:
* Mechanical trade qualification (essential);
* Minimum 5 years previous experience in supervisory role;
* *** years mechanical experience in mining or mineral processing;
* Knowledge of statutory safety requirements relevant to processes;
* Systematic planning skills;
* Ability to work effectively in dynamic team environment;
* Familiarity with maintenance management systems; and
* PRONTO experience.

This is a permanent full-time position operating on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth or DIDO from Port Hedland.
