Main Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee menus for each kitchen, ensuring they reflect their distinct concepts and audiences.
* Lead and inspire two high-performing kitchen teams.
* Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across both venues.
* Manage kitchen operations, budgets, and supplier relationships.
* Champion food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
* Collaborate with front-of-house and operations teams for seamless service.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Executive Chef or Head Chef in multi-outlet or concept-driven establishments.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Deep understanding of modern Australian and Asian cuisine, with a flair for wood-fired cooking.
* Passion for local ingredients, sustainability, and innovation.
