Job Title: Master Bricklayer Trainer & Assessor
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bricklayer Trainer & Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bricklaying, with experience in training and assessment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to students, as well as contributing to the development of course resources and educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver training and assessment services that meet the requirements of relevant training packages and vocational industry standards.
* Contribute to the preparation, implementation, and review of all course resources, including TASes.
* Maintain currency of knowledge in relevant training packages and vocational industry.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, schools, and other stakeholders.
* Participate in relevant professional learning activities to develop and maintain currency of personal and professional skills, knowledge, and attitudes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a bricklayer plus 1-2 years of experience in training and assessment.
* Qualification CPC***** or its equivalent and TAE*****, as well as current industry skills directly relevant to carpentry.
