Early Childhood Education Career Pathway
This career pathway offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and organisational policies and procedures
* Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families
* Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
Eligibility Criteria:
* Must not hold a previous certificate or diploma qualification completed outside secondary school in the last seven years
* Applicants who have completed a school-based certificate other than in childcare will still be eligible
