The Role
We are seeking expressions of interest for the role of Customer Service Representative within the Logistics business unit. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient processing of domestic and international customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Processing orders in SAP for domestic and international customers.
* Liaising with ISPs and Account Managers to meet customer needs.
* Addressing and following up on short supplies and ensuring correct coding in SAP.
* Supporting DC leaders with customer-related information for smooth operations.
* Assisting with project improvements, system upgrades, and non-food deliveries.
* Maintaining SAP master data and ensuring work instructions are up to date.
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong problem-solving ability.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
* Experience in transport/warehousing is desirable.
