In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, supply chain, and commercial teams to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and translate data into meaningful insights that influence performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business units to uncover challenges, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
* Gather and translate business requirements into actionable reporting and analytical solutions
* Develop dashboards, reports, and data models (Power BI, Excel) to support decision-making
* Analyse operational and financial performance to identify trends and insights
* Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful outcomes
* Support data quality, governance, and reporting improvements
* Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Drive adoption of data-led decision making across the business
About You
You are a strong problem solver who enjoys working across diverse stakeholders and turning data into insight.
You’ll bring:
* Experience in Business Analytics, Reporting, Finance, Operations, or a similar role
* Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, modelling, problem solving)
* Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools)
* Exposure to SQL or relational databases (desirable)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes
* A continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail
* Flexible location with opportunities to travel across sites, working closely with stakeholders on real business projects.
