About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Professional to lead our team in implementing proactive and strategic approaches to workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide consultative services to management and staff on site safety policies and procedures.
* Support the implementation of health and safety programs and conduct regular inspections.
* Conduct incident investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.
* Coordinate injury management and return-to-work programs.
* Develop and deliver education and training materials for staff.
* Manage and develop risk assessments.
* Promote and reinforce a positive safety culture.
Essential Skills:
* Formal qualifications (Diploma or greater) and previous experience in health and safety preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
* Ability to develop and deliver education and training material.
* Experience in incident investigations, risk assessments, and auditing.
