About the role
Cass Cooling Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in North Rockhampton. This full-time position is crucial in supporting the smooth running of our operations. As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of our company.
What you'll be doing Providing excellent customer service and responding to enquiries from clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
Handling various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document preparation including quoting and invoicing tasks for our valued clients
Assisting with the coordination of meetings, conferences and other company events
Maintaining and organising office supplies, equipment and other resources
Supporting the management team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
What we're looking for Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within the Administration & Office Support industry
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
Proficient in the use of SIMPRO (not a pre-requisite but highly advantageous)
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A proactive and collaborative approach to work
