About the Role As an Associate Partner, CMT Consulting, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for shaping the Consulting Go to Market strategy, driving portfolio performance, and elevating Cognizant's market presence across the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) sectors.
You will partner closely with Markets, Sectors, Pursuit teams, and Industry leaders to grow our consulting led business, strengthen our pipeline, drive cross service line commercial outcomes, and lead the development of differentiated industry led propositions.
This role requires a proven consulting practice leader with deep industry expertise, strong GTM acumen, and the ability to influence large scale commercial and transformational initiatives.
In this role, you will: Develop a vision & comprehensive strategy to grow Consulting in ANZ Work with Markets Major Pursuits Leader to shape major deals and their contemporary commercial models; Ensure Consulting sales growth in line or above market Ensure that drivers of variance to revenue forecast are properly diagnosed and their learnings integrated into the business cycle Identify ways to both create demand for consulting services and expand demand for other service lines through development of differentiated, tailored responses to known customer priorities, both in response to requests and proactively Demonstrably increase generation and win rates of multi service line deals where consulting leads Be accountable for directing the deal pursuit process end to end for consulting led initiatives Enable Account teams - via collateral, direct reports and the wider consulting network - to appropriately engage clients in exploring opportunities and envisioning how consulting can support and improve their ability to meet their business objectives Engage priority clients directly to Credentialize deals Engage with external analysts and industry forums to communicate and explain Cognizant's Industry centric offerings Define thought leadership & portfolio strategy, publish, educate the market and drive commercial conversations Work Model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position with 3 days in office.

What you must have to be considered 15+ years of combined CMT sector experience with exposure to Communications, Media, High Tech, Platform/Software, or related domains.
7+ years of experience selling and delivering techno functional solutions, including multi service line engagements.
5+ years of consulting practice leadership, including revenue, forecasting, and portfolio ownership.
Proven track record of consulting practice growth and delivering complex business and technology change initiatives.
Extensive experience with contemporary technologies such as AI, Digital, Cloud, Edge, and modern engineering.
Ability to influence and partner with C suite executives.
MBA or Master's degree preferred Track record of meeting financial targets, managing forecasts, and growing consulting practices Legally authorized to work in Australia without company sponsorship These will help you succeed Brings global experience and cultural fluency, with a strong ability to collaborate across remote and in person teams.
