Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled General Practitioner to provide high-quality health assessment, diagnosis and treatment services to young people and their families in a private contractor role.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work with young people around mental health, sexual health, drugs and alcohol, preventative healthcare and other physical health problems. They will also provide care in accordance with the latest evidence, guidelines and legislative requirements.
1. Provide skilled, high quality recovery-oriented health assessment, diagnosis and treatment services to young people and their families.
2. Work within a team environment under broad direction providing support for our welcoming well-resourced multi-disciplinary youth healthcare team including psychiatrists dieticians social workers nurses GPs psychologists etcetera supporting holistic client-centered wellbeing outcomes according existing frameworks best practices governance policies standards ethics principles laws regulations requirements codes conducts committees reports oversight review meetings evaluations committee governance leadership members directors supervisors mentors coaches guides instructors teachers trainers
