We are seeking an experienced Project Lead / Business Analyst to lead the delivery of a project to develop a bespoke application. This role will play a critical part in shaping requirements, guiding the development team, and ensuring the successful delivery of a high-quality solution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Working closely with business stakeholders, designers, and developers, you will drive collaboration, manage the product backlog, and ensure the project delivers real business value.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of a bespoke application development project using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‐ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements.
* Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a well‐managed product backlog.
* Coordinate cross‐functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, and technical specialists to ensure timely delivery.
* Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs, quality standards, and agreed project objectives.
* Support user testing, validation, and deployment activities.
Skills & Experience
* 15 yrs + Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum projects, particularly in software or application development environments.
* Strong business analysis capability including requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping.
* Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and facilitating workshops with business and technical teams.
