Who We Are
We're Limitless Function Co., a small-but-mighty team of male Occupational Therapists with the best admin support crew in the game. Our mission? Helping people live fuller, more independent lives. We're passionate about function, big believers in potential, and we know that with the right tools, education, and support, our clients can achieve amazing things.
When we're not in session, you might find us outdoors, playing sport, or enjoying a cheeky team lunch. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves—life's too short not to have a laugh along the way.
The Role
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who's:
* Passionate about working with adolescents and adults
* Excited to deliver creative, practical, evidence-based solutions
* Keen to join a workplace that values growth, collaboration, and good banter
You'll get to:
* Conduct functional assessments (including NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments)
* Develop tailored therapy plans to help clients smash their goals
* Provide interventions across a range of disabilities (you can choose your focus areas)
* Script and implement assistive technology (if that's your jam)
* Design home modifications (also optional)
* Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals
* Support clients to develop skills for life, work, and community participation
* Develop your documentation skills to a high standard
* Stay across NDIS and My Aged Care processes, best practices, and funding updates
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration
* WWCC, CPR, First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
* NSW driver's licence & reliable car
* Excellent communication & rapport-building skills
* Ability to work independently (with plenty of support)
* Experience in NDIS or My Aged Care = a bonus, not a deal-breaker
* Assistive tech experience or knowledge
* Organisation skills so good they'd make Marie Kondo proud
Why You'll Love Working With Us
* Competitive salary + benefits based on experience
* Flexible hours & work-from-home options
* Ongoing PD & training opportunities
* Direct support from our Principal OT + peer review group to ensure continual up-skilling
* Admin help so you can focus on OT, not endless paperwork
* A team that works hard, plays hard, and loves being social (we love a good table tennis lunchbreak)
* The chance to make a real difference every single day
