Part Time Customer Service and Sales Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Part Time Customer Service and Sales Assistant in our Warners Bay store.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop strong product knowledge, provide expert customer service, and contribute to the overall store presentation through merchandising and housekeeping.
This role is ideal for someone with previous retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for interior design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to retail and trade customers
* Promote and expand the Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
* Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions
* Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
* Support team members to meet business objectives
* Contribute to the overall store presentation through effective merchandising and housekeeping practices

Requirements:
* Previous retail experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job
* Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
* Strong attention to detail
