About the Role:
As a
Demand Planner
at Revlon, you will play a key role in driving accurate demand forecasts and ensuring product availability to meet customer and market needs. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regional HQ to align demand plans, manage inventory levels, and support business growth.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and improve rolling demand forecasts months horizon) for Revlon's product portfolio using historical data, sales trends, and market intelligence.
* Work closely with Sales & Marketing to understand promotions, new product launches, and customer-specific activities impacting demand.
* Lead monthly Demand Review meetings as part of the S&OP process, presenting forecast insights and demand risks/opportunities.
* Monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE, BIAS) and implement corrective actions to improve forecast reliability.
* Collaborate with Supply Planning to ensure stock availability while optimizing inventory levels and reducing excess/obsolete stock.
* Analyse point-of-sale (POS) data from key retailers to adjust forecasts.
* Support new product introductions (NPI) by managing forecasts and supply alignment.
* Provide regular reporting and insights on demand performance and KPIs to internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate with Regional/Global Demand Planning teams for system inputs, tools, and best practices.
Key Skills & Experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) within FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in Excel and demand planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, Kinaxis, or similar).
* Experience working with POS data and retailer analytics.
* Solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and forecasting principles.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Exposure to S&OP processes is highly regarded.
