Job Title: Credit Professional
The Organisation and the Role
This position presents an exceptional opportunity to join a leading international bank as a credit risk manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough credit risk assessments for various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, leveraged finance, and trade finance.
2. Engage in diversified sectors such as infrastructure, energy, mining, real estate, and natural resources.
3. Prepare and present comprehensive credit due diligence reports, rating recommendations, risk alerts, and ongoing monitoring of credit performance.
4. Collaborate with business functions to facilitate the credit application and approval process.
5. Provide guidance on mitigating potential risks associated with customers, industry sectors, and transaction structures.
6. Perform other credit and risk management tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in analyzing structured transactions.
2. Independent decision-making skills and ability to identify risks with reasonable solutions.
3. Ability to write comprehensive due diligence reports.
4. Tertiary degree in commerce, business, or finance.
5. Good knowledge of corporate finance and institutional banking products.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel for financial modeling, data manipulation, and analytics.
7. Excellent verbal and written language skills; proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is desirable.
