About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in civil structures to join our growing infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in structural works and demonstrate the ability to manage and deliver on-site activities across road and rail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site works relating to road bridges, FRP, precast barrier installation, and concrete pours
Develop and execute planning for road and rail occupations ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance
Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and engineering teams to ensure delivery on time and to spec
Support quality assurance, safety protocols, and documentation compliance throughout project lifecycle
Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and implement continuous improvement practices
Key Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven recent experience in structures-related site engineering
Familiarity with Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) standards and procedures preferred
Ability to manage complex planning and occupation coordination for rail and road environments
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
