New Graduate Enrolled Nurse Program
Opportunities are available for applicants completing the Diploma of Nursing Kingswood TAFE groups 24/2, 24/3, 24/4 & 24/6 and Bathurst TAFE groups HLT54121 courses 24/1 and 24/2 to join NBMLHD’s 2026 Current Graduate Enrolled Nurse Program commencing February and May 2026. Full-time and Part-time positions are available rotating across NBMLHD Hospitals.

What you will bring to the role
- Diploma of Nursing completed (Kingswood TAFE groups 24/2, 24/3, 24/4 & 24/6; Bathurst TAFE group HLT /1 & 24/2). Eligible for registration as Division 2 (Enrolled Nurse without notation) with AHPRA; registration due by 17 January 2026 or 24 April 2026
- Clinical experience/placement in an acute care hospital
- Ability to organise and prioritise work

- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to work a flexible roster across days, evenings or nights as required
