What you will be doing Reporting directly to the Head of Communication, you will be responsible for: leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of complex, large-scale behaviour change campaigns, including the statewide advertising campaign for the November 2026 state election managing tenders, contracts and day-to-day relationships with creative and media agencies working collaboratively across the VEC to deliver multi-channel advertising campaigns overseeing the VEC's major reports and publications projects, including the annual report and reports to Parliament leading a team of 3 direct reports.
