Catering Assistant Role
We offer a dynamic and supportive environment for a Catering Assistant to deliver high-quality food and dining services. Our residents rely on our team members to provide exceptional care, including meal preparation and presentation.
Key responsibilities include assisting with basic food preparation, setting up and providing meal service, cleaning and maintaining kitchen and dining areas, and adhering to infection control and safety procedures.
In this role, you will work closely with the Chef to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas. Desired skills include experience working in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of food handling, preparation, and service, and ability to prioritize tasks with limited supervision.
A key aspect of this position is delivering personalized service to our residents while maintaining a safe and clean environment. This includes cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as disposing of waste and recycling materials.
