Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve meals to our residents, taking into account any dietary requirements or restrictions.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen and during meal service.
* Provide excellent customer service to our residents and their families, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
* Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure the smooth operation of our catering services.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting respect and empathy for all colleagues and residents.

Requirements
* A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role, preferably within a residential aged care setting.
* Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Hospitality or Food Safety, would be highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and participate in on-call rotations as required.
* Current National Criminal History Check suitable for aged care.
