As an Oral Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and education, delivering tailored dental care to our patients of all ages. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants to experience meaningful work where your skills truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and create individualised care plans
* Provide preventative dental services including fluoride applications, sealants, and dental hygiene treatment
* Educate patients and their families about oral health maintenance and preventative practices
* Collaborate with our dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations
About You:
You are compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic about making a positive impact on the lives of patients through education and care. With a passion for oral health, you will be skilled in building rapport with patients and providing a comfort-focused experience.
Requirements
* A degree or qualification in Oral Health Therapy or equivalent
* 2+ Years experience as an OHT in Australia or the UK
* Registration with the Dental Board of Australia
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathy for patients and an ability to create a supportive environment
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and education
* Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, including alternate Saturdays
