We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Training Manager to lead our team in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth in the Australian market
2. Lead and mentor a high-performing Market Development team
3. Identify and support emerging leaders through tailored coaching and development
4. Design and deliver impactful training programs and roadshows for associates at all levels
5. Oversee recognition programs including awards, incentive trips, and celebratory events
6. Manage onboarding processes in collaboration with marketing and HQ teams
7. Foster strong, ongoing relationships with associates and keep them aligned with company goals
8. Analyse competitor trends and provide insights to senior leadership
9. Represent the company at local and international events
Desired Skills and Qualifications
* Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or health sciences
* At least 8 years of sales experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role
* Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used in marketing and development
