**About the Role**
Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to be based in Toowoomba. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor you will play an integral role in providing support to the Field Service team, managing Service Call Work in Process (WIP) and other administrative duties.
**The key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to**:
- Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints
- Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency
- Follows up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests
- Accurately encoding all documentation relevant to AX as required
- Ensure labour hours have been correctly encoded and that any missing labour hours are accounted for on a daily basis
- Responsible to be active with the Caterpillar Production Systems Service Operation Development and Assessment (SODA)
- Effectively and accurately manage SIP/WIP and accurately forecast invoicing expectations
- Collaborate and work closely with the Field Service Foreman and Field Service Fitters.
**Required Skills and Competencies**:
- Experience working within a service and warehousing orientated environment.
- Knowledge of CAT / HDAL products and services.
- Understanding of job workflow processes.
- Impeccable attention to detail in your work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision while providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers.
- Proven stakeholder and customer engagement with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
