* Must be qualified with experience working on high-end architectural designed residential homes and multi-level townhouse projects.
* Competent carpentry experience i.e. set out, frame, lockup, fix and fit-off.
* Experience with various external cladding systems.
* Strong building knowledge with proven experience.
* Ability to work in a team and also autonomously.
* Good Organisational skills.
* Ability to read and work from drawings.
* Effective time management and problem solving skills.
