Early Childhood Leadership Role
As a Director of a remote Aboriginal children's service, you will lead and inspire educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
* Manage a team of professionals to achieve educational goals
* Plan and prepare rosters to meet staffing requirements
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the service to ensure smooth delivery of programs
* Model excellent leadership skills and mentor colleagues
* Foster strong partnerships with staff, families, and the local community
* Implement continuous improvements and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
* Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to WHS standards
* Monitor budgets and finances to optimize resource allocation
* Recruit, develop, and manage staff to achieve their full potential
* Develop and implement educational programs aligned with your organization's philosophy
* Act as Responsible Person and Nominated Supervisor of the service
