Senior Project Manager
Location: Melbourne (Office Based) – Full Time / Part Time

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in South Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of digital projects, including CMS, mobile apps, and web portal projects. This role requires a deep understanding of digital trends and technologies coupled with robust project management skills.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives in CMS, e-commerce, mobile apps, and web portal development.
* Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Ensure resource availability and allocation, developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report and escalate issues as needed.
* Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Project Manager in web and mobiles development or related field.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
* Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify, and mobile platforms including iOS and Android.
* Proficiency in managing PHP-based web portals.
* Excellent client‐facing and internal communication skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* PMP, PMI‐ACP, or other recognized project management certifications highly desirable.
