People2people are partnering with a growing niche healthcare provider whose values and service have been shaped by passion, determination, and a strong belief in transforming their clients' lives. They are seeking an experienced Practice / Office Manager for their GC clinic.

The opportunity –

This newly created role has arisen due to the decentralisation of the administration function. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to the local team, including diary management, workflow coordination, invoicing, client service, payments, ordering supplies, and more.

Selection criteria

* Previous experience in an administrative / office management role
* Experience in the healthcare, medical, or related industries is highly advantageous
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Client-centric approach with adaptability
* Tech-savvy, high attention to detail, and passionate about the work you and the team do
